Four Noble Holistic Health is a Health Coaching service that provides support and guidance to anyone who wishes to transform their life for the better. Four Noble prides itself on working together to create lasting lifestyle and behavioral changes, instead of simply giving clients lists of things they should do at home.

We create a relationship that allows us to dig deep, discover what may be holding you back, and discuss how we can overcome these obstacles so that you can live the life you truly want to live.

The main goal? To personally guide you through every step in order for you to undergo a successful, a healthy, and, most importantly, a happy transformation to lasting health and wellness.

My Story

My name is Frances Naude. I am a strong advocate for living a healthy life, not only because it makes you look good, but because it makes you feel good. For me, I perform my best when I am eating clean, exercising regularly, and giving myself proper self-care so that my mind is clear and my heart is open. I find that mind and body are extraordinarily connected. When I eat well and exercise, I think clearly, rationally, and make confident decisions. When I eat poorly and slump into laziness, I feel sluggish, depressed, lonely, and unmotivated. It took me quite a while to realize this though...

I was always tired. And when I say tired, I mean absolute exhaustion. At the height of this bout of tiredness, I was only 18... this is not normal. And on top of being tired, I was getting depressed, my anxiety skyrocketed, and I just did not want to do anything. However, I was in college, and sleeping all day was just not an option. So I had to figure it out.

I tried napping, I tried energy drinks, I tried coffee and teas, I tried energy tablets, and the list goes on. But nothing worked. Finally one day, I came across an article that explained how food affects mood. I read it, and desperate for some relief, I changed my diet. The beginning was HARD. I had never done drugs, but I felt like i was going through withdrawal. I knew I had to power through, and finally, I made it. No more cravings, no more dreams about ice-cream sandwich cookies, and no more tiredness, depression, and a major reduction of anxiety!

After this experience, I was hooked. What more could I learn? Could I grow even more? Could I help others transform? This is when I decided to become a Health Coach.

After I completed my Health Coach certification, my passion for holistic wellness continued to blossom. One week after receiving my degree, I enrolled in a yoga teacher training program to become a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200hr level. Yoga had always brought me great freedom and joy, but during my training, I gained such a great amount of physical and philosophical knowledge, which I now yearn to teach to others.

Ultimately, I am here because I know how hard it is to let go of comfortability and embrace change. But I also know you want this, and that you are capable of giving yourself lasting health and happiness. I want to share this gift with you, and coach you throughout the process. You are worth it.
